Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager In the matter of section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993, and in the matter of Jones & Hoskyns Limited (trading as Supastok Feeds): Notice is hereby given that on the 15th day of July 1997, John Fredrick Wilson appointed Robert Dougal Samuel, chartered accountant of Christchurch, as receiver and manager of the property of Jones & Hoskyns Limited under the powers conferred in a debenture dated the 25th day of November 1996, given by the company. The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of the company's undertakings and its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled capital.
