Inzunza and Foote Limited Notice of Appointment of Receiver Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993 FAL New Zealand Limited and Rattrays Wholesale Limited, with reference to Inzunza and Foote Limited, hereby give notice that on the 22nd day of April 1997, the companies appointed Peter Robert Crawford, chartered accountant, whose office is at 113 Bank Street, Whangarei, as receiver of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 13th day of December 1994. The receiver has been appointed in respect of all the company's undertakings and its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future.
