Richmond Garden and Hardware Centre Limited (trading as Rangiora Supervalue) Notice of Appointment of Receivers Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993 Notice is hereby given that on the 20th day of December 1996, FAL New Zealand Limited and Rattrays Wholesale Limited, hereby appointed Messrs James Bruce Alfred McAlister and David John Strack, both chartered accountants of Christchurch, as receivers and managers of the property of Richmond Garden and Hardware Centre Limited (trading as Rangiora Supervalue), under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture, dated the 19th day of May 1993, given by that company. The receivers have been appointed in respect of the company's undertakings and its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled capital.
