Omihi Angora Stud Limited Notice of Appointment of Receivers Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993 Notice is hereby given that on the 26th day of February 1997, Messrs James Bruce Alfred McAlister of Christchurch and John Howard Ross Fisk of Wellington, both chartered accountants, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Omihi Angora Stud Limited, under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture, dated the 5th day of October 1992, given by that company. The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company's assets and undertakings, whatsoever and wheresoever situated, both present and future, including its uncalled capital.
