The above solvent company was placed into liquidation as part of an internal reconstruction process following the sale of its business operations. Change of Name In accordance with the vendor's obligations under the sale and purchase agreement the company changed its name from Challenge Realty Limited to Mortis Holdings Limited on the 2nd day of December 1996.
