New Zealand Medical Association Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Appointment of Liquidators David Petterson and David Vance, chartered accountants, were appointed liquidators of New Zealand Medical Association Limited on the 30th day of June 1997 by special resolution of shareholders. The board of directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts and have signed a certificate to that effect. Placing the company into a voluntary liquidation as part of a restructuring process designed to alter the New Zealand Medical Association Limited from a limited liability company to an incorporated society with charitable status. Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims The liquidators have fixed the 19th day of July 1997, as the last day when creditors are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have. Creditors claims that have not been made at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
