Takanini Tavern Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 229 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, that, by way of entry in the minute book of the above-named company in accordance with section 362 of the Companies Act 1955, Douglas Kim Fisher was appointed liquidator of the above-named company on the 20th day of June 1997. A resolution as to solvency of the company has been filed with the Registrar of Companies, Auckland. The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of June 1997.
