Triton Microcontrol Limited Notice of Appointment of Liquidator Pursuant to Section 229 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955 I, David William Peter McCone, hereby give notice that for the purposes of winding up a non-trading company and pursuant to section 211 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, I was appointed as liquidator of Triton Microcontrol Limited with effect from the 20th day of June 1997.
