R G M Investments Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Appointment of Liquidator On the 18th day of June 1997, it was resolved by special resolution of the members, pursuant to section 211 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, that R G M Investments Limited be placed into liquidation and Daran Nair, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed as liquidator. Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims The liquidator hereby gives notice that the 15th day of July 1997, has been fixed as the day on or before which any creditor of the company must prove their debts or claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 286.
