Institute of Loss Adjusters of New Zealand Incorporated (in liquidation) Notice of Appointment of Liquidator Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993 In the matter of section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, and in the matter of the Institute of Loss Adjusters of New Zealand Incorporated (in liquidation): Notice is hereby given that on the 5th day of January 1997, Messrs Kenneth Athol Howard and Iain Bruce Shephard were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named institute pursuant to a special resolution entered into the institute's minute book. The liquidation is for the purpose of facilitating a merger between the Institute of Loss Adjusters of New Zealand Incorporated, the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (Australasian Division) and the Australian Institute of Loss Adjusters Limited. The Institute of Loss Adjusters of New Zealand Incorporated has passed a resolution of solvency. The liquidation commenced on the 5th day of January 1997.
