Gudex Bros Limited (in liquidation) (``the company'') Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator Pursuant to Sections 3 and 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 On the 10th day of June 1997, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Gudex Bros Limited be liquidated and that Christopher John Clark, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
