Management Specialists Limited Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator The Companies Act 1955 On the 21st day of May 1997, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 211 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, that Management Specialists Limited be liquidated and that Peter William Young of KPMG, Christchurch, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose. The liquidation commenced on the 21st day of May 1997.
