Phoenix Communications Limited (in liquidation) and Pinecone Productions Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 229 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, that, by way of entry in the minute book of the above-named companies in accordance with section 362 of the Companies Act 1955, John Howard Ross Fisk and Peter Leonard Boyle were appointed liquidators of the above-named companies on the 24th day of December 1996.
