Pacific Investment Fund Limited (in liquidation) (``the company'') Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim Pursuant to the International Companies Act 19811982 Cook Islands Subsequent to the directors resolving that the above Cook Islands registered company would, on the appointment of liquidators, be able to pay its debts, Richard Dale Agnew and Kevin James Bearsley, chartered accountants of Auckland, were jointly and severally appointed liquidators of the company by special resolution of the members on the 23rd day of December 1996, the date the liquidation commenced.
