Torino Investments Limited (in liquidation) Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator The Companies Act 1955 On 23 December 1996, it was resolved by special resolution pursuant to section 211 of the Companies Act 1955, that Torino Investments Limited be liquidated and that Kerry Thomas Stotter and Bruce Graham Stowell, chartered accountants of Auckland, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for the purpose.
