Dulcimer Holdings Limited Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice for Creditors to Claim Notice is hereby given that on the 18th day of December 1996, it was resolved by a special resolution of members in accordance with section 211 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, that Dulcimer Holdings Limited, be liquidated and that Doig Digby Smith be appointed liquidator for this purpose. The liquidation commenced on the 18th day of December 1996. The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts, therefore, pursuant to section 213 (8), no creditors meeting is required to be called.
