Mitsui Computer Systems Limited (in liquidation) Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 211 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, John Anthony Waller and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Mitsui Computer Systems Limited. The liquidation commenced on the 10th day of March 1997. Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to Price Waterhouse, at P.O. Box 748, Auckland. Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 4th day of April 1997, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 286 of the Companies Act 1955.
