Seaton Limited (in liquidation) Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator The Companies Act 1955 On the 20th day of February 1997, it was resolved by special resolution pursuant to section 211 of the Companies Act 1955, that Seaton Limited be liquidated and that Kerry Thomas Stotter and Bruce Graham Stowell, chartered accountants of Auckland, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for the purpose.
