C J Thompson Farms Limited (in liquidation) Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator Pursuant to Sections 2a and 229 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955 On the 1st day of February 1997, it was resolved by the board of directors, pursuant to section 213 (8) of the Companies Act 1955, that C J Thompson Farms Limited be liquidated and that Victor Lawrence Baughen of Sumpter Baughen, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
