Fujitsu New Zealand Limited (``the company'') Notice of Amalgamation of Companies Notice is given, pursuant to section 209c (4) of the Companies Act 1955, that the company proposes to amalgamate with Fujitsu New Zealand Holdings Limited. The amalgamation of the two companies will be effective from 27 November 1996.
