Chinnery Holdings Limited and Laffarge Holdings Limited Notice of Proposed Amalgamation Pursuant to Section 209c of the Companies Act 1955 The directors of Chinnery Holdings Limited and Laffarge Holdings Limited, hereby give notice that it is intended to amalgamate Chinnery Holdings Limited and Laffarge Holdings Limited, pursuant to the Companies Act 1955, and to continue as an amalgamated company named Chinnery Holdings Limited with effect from the 1st day of October 1996.
