Alldays Properties Limited, Cadillac Properties Limited, Sunbeam Properties Limited and Bryan Jackson NZ Limited Proposal for Amalgamation The Companies Act 1955 The above companies will amalgamate and continue as one company. Bryan Jackson NZ Limited will succeed to the assets and rights of Alldays Properties Limited, Cadillac Properties Limited and Sunbeam Properties Limited, and take over their liabilities and obligations. Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any member or creditor of any of the above companies or any person to whom any of the above companies is under an obligation at the registered offices of the amalgamating companies and at 133 Vincent Street, Auckland, during normal business hours.
