Notice Under the Land Transfer Act 1952 Evidence of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of renewable lease 7D/116 in the names of Robert Theodore Simonsen and Patricia Margaret Simonsen, both retired of Westport, having been lodged with me together with an application No. 355787.1 to dispense with the production of the said renewable lease for the registration of a transfer merging the leasehold estate in respect of the said renewable lease, notice is hereby given of my intention to dispense with the production of the said duplicate on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.
