Declaring Maori Freehold Land to be Included in a Maori Reservation Pursuant to section 338 (2) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby declared to be included in the existing Maori reservation in respect of the land known as Lot 72 B, No. 3Y, No. 9A, Parish of Matata which was set apart for the purpose of a marae for the common use and benefit of Ngamaihi by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 201, page 4768 of the 31st day of October 1985.
