Notice Cancelling a Maori Reservation Whereas at Wellington on the 10th day of July 1987, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 30 July 1987, No. 123, page 3532, pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the land described in the Schedule here to was declared to be a Maori reservation for the purposes of maintaining a historic and traditional site and ancient burial ground, and for a marae site for the common use and benefit of the Hawkes Bay Catholic Maori Mission and the Roman Catholic Parish of Saint Mary's, Taradale. Now therefore, pursuant to section 338 (5) (b) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori reservation created by notice dated on the 10th day of July 1987 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 30 July 1987, No. 123, page 3532, is hereby cancelled.
