Notice Redefining the Purposes of a Maori Reservation Pursuant to section 338 (5) (c) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the purposes for which the Maori reservation in respect of the land described in the Schedule hereto, were created by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 38, page 924 of 9 June 1955, are hereby redefined as being for the purpose of a marae for the common use and benefit of the Ngati Reko hapu and members of the Waikato Tribes and to be known as Waikeri Marae. Schedule South Auckland Land District All that piece of land situated in Block XI, Newcastle Survey District and described as follows: Area m Being 900 more or less Tangirau 2B 2E 14 Block, as created by partition order dated 14 April 1955.
