Road Re-Alignment at Dempseys Bend, Hook Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, hereby: (a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 73 and shall vest in the Crown.
