Road Realignment in Thames-Coromandel District Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands: (a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Thames-Coromandel District Council. (b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped, and that the said stopped road, now known as Section 1, S.O. 44918, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 10D/1021, subject to memoranda of mortgage B. 191173.2 and H. 581500.4, South Auckland Land Registry. First Schedule South Auckland Land District 167 square metres, being part Lot 1, D.P. S. 10913; as shown coloured yellow on S.O. Plan 44918, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton. Second Schedule South Auckland Land District 607 square metres, adjoining Lot 1, D.P. S. 10913; as shown coloured green on S.O. Plan 44918, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.
