Amending a Notice Declaring Land Acquired for Recreation Reserves in Waikato District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands hereby amends the notice, dated the 18th day of October 1996, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 24 October 1996, No. 155 at page 4119, acquiring land for recreation reserves in Waikato District, by amending the area fifthly described in the Schedule from ``4468 square metres'' to ``2123 square metres''.
