Declaration That Land is a Reserve Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Southland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that a resolution was passed by The Southland District Council on the 23rd day of February 1996, that the land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, are hereby declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act and are added to the Drummond Recreation Reserve.
