Land Acquired for Road and for Local Purpose (Road) Reserve in Tauranga District Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for a local purpose (road) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and further declares that the land in both Schedules shall vest in The Tauranga District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette. First Schedule South Auckland Land District 49 square metres, situated in Block XV, Tauranga Survey District, being part Lot 5, D.P. S. 65981; as shown marked ``A'' on S.O. Plan 59909, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton. Second Schedule South Auckland Land District 4 square metres, situated in Block XV, Tauranga Survey District, being part Lot 5, D.P. S. 65981; as shown marked ``H'' on S.O.
