Road Realignment in Waikato District Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands: (a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Waikato District Council. (ii) ``D'', now known as Section 2, S.O. 58489, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 360, folio 166, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 380086.2, South Auckland Land Registry.
