Classification and Vesting of Reserves Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, West Coast Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a local purpose (aerodrome) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act, and further, pursuant to the said Act, vests the reserve in trust in The Westland District Council for the purposes specified.
