Change of Classification and Vesting of a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, West Coast Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a reserve for recreation purposes to a local purpose (public utility) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act, and further, pursuant to the said Act, vests the reserve in trust in The Westland District Council for the purposes specified.
