Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Recreation Reserve, Maleme Street, Tauranga Pursuant to Section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation over the recreation reserve described in the Schedule hereto, in order that the said land may be used by The Tauranga District Council as a rubbish transfer site, subject to the assessed current market value of the land being transferred from the said council's general funds to its reserves account, with such sum to be used towards the development or improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or towards the purchase of other land for public reserve.
