Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for Road, Road Stopped and Vested State Highway 2, Butchers Creek Dannevirke Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Crown Property Officer, Land Information New Zealand, Napier, hereby amends the notice dated the 19th day of July 1996, published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 15th day of August 1996, No. 85, page 2270, under the heading ``Land Acquired for Road, Road Stopped and Vested State Highway 2, Butchers Creek Dannevirke'' by deleting the words ``Land Acquired for Road`' in the heading and substituting ``Land Acquired for a Limited Access Road'' and also deleting recital (a) and substituting the following: ``(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981 and section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, declares the land described in the First Schedule to be limited access road and has become road, limited access road and State highway and vested in the Crown.''
