Land Acquired for Road (Blackbridge Road) in Rodney District Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired, excluding thereout firstly, all coal on or under the said land and rights to mine coal reserved to the Crown by section 168A of the Coal Mines Act 1925, and secondly, all minerals and rights to minerals reserved to the Crown by section 8 of the Mining Act 1971, for road and shall vest in The Rodney District Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
