Amending a Notice Declaring Land Acquired and Land Set Apart for a Reserve in the City of Dunedin Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin, hereby amends the notice dated the 30th day of September 1996 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 3 October 1996, No. 139, page 3360, declaring land acquired and land to be set apart for a reserve in the City of Dunedin by omitting from the area twenty-thirdly described in the Second Schedule reference to the area ``marked ``D'' on S.O. Plan 24333'' and replacing it with the area ``marked ``M'' on S.O. Plan 24333''. Dated at Dunedin this 21st day of October 1996. M. R.
