Declaring Land Acquired for State Highway at East Taieri in the City of Dunedin Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and shall, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, form part of State Highway No. 1 and shall vest in the Crown on the 24th day of October 1996.
