Land in Waipa District Acquired for the Purposes of a Road Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the purposes of a road, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule South Auckland Land District 626 square metres, being part Lot 9, D.P. 172; as shown marked ``D'' on S.O. Plan 60405, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.
