Amending a Notice Declaring Part Subsurface of Road to be Stopped in Auckland City Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland hereby amends the notice dated the 19th day of August 1996, published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 29th day of August 1996, No. 94, page 2466, declaring road to be stopped in Auckland City pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the Operative Clause, after the words ``2.5 metres (RL)'', the word ``below'' and inserting the word ``above''.
