Declaration That Land is a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Northland Conservancy, Department of Conservation hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Whangarei District Council on the 28th day of February 1996. ``That, in the exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Whangarei District Council hereby resolves that the piece of land vested in the said council in fee-simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act.'' Schedule North Auckland Land District Whangarei District 4375 square metres, more or less, being part Lot 13, D.P. 108552 and part Lot 8, D.P. 150833, more particularly shown as Lot 2, L.T. 172767, situated in Block XII, Purua Survey District.
