Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How the Proceeds From Sale Shall be Utilised Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Northland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares the said land may be disposed of by the Whangarei District Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council's reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council. Schedule North Auckland Land District Whangarei District 4985 square metres, more or less, being Lot 8, D.P. 150833, situated in Block XII, Purua Survey District.
