Land Acquired for Local Purpose Reserve (War Memorial), Alton, South Taranaki Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for local purpose reserve (war memorial), subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and shall vest in The South Taranaki District Council on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.
