Declaration That Land is a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Southland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Southland District Council on the 28th day of August 1996: That, in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Southland District Council hereby resolves that the lands held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, are hereby declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act.
