Land in Thames-Coromandel District Acquired for Local Purpose Reserve (Fire Station) Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a local purpose reserve (fire station) subject to the Reserves Act 1977 and shall vest in The Thames-Coromandel District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule South Auckland Land District 1385 square metres, being part Papa Aroha 1C3 Block; as shown marked ``A'' on S.O. Plan 60100, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.
