Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land in Waikato District for Road Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands, hereby amends the declaration dated the 5th day of August 1996 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 8 August 1996, No. 82, page 2190, acquiring land in Waikato District for road by deleting ``60468'' from the land description seventhly described and substituting ``60368''.
