Declaration that Land is a Reserve and Along With Adjoining Reserve Land to be Known as the Henderson's Mill Cottage Historic Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Regional Conservator for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Waitakere City Council on the 22nd day of May 1996: ``That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Waitakere City Council hereby resolves that those pieces of land held by the said city in fee simple, and described in the First Schedule hereto, shall be and the same are declared to be, a historic reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act''. Furthermore, the Acting Regional Conservator hereby declares that the land described in the First Schedule, together with the reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be known as the Henderson's Mill Cottage Historic Reserve.
