Land (Legal Road) Acquired for Hydro-Electric Purposes in Grey District Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for hydro-electric purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule Westland Land District 6.5000 hectares, more or less, being legal road, adjoining part Rural Section 3000, Rural Section 4167, part Rural Section 858, Midland Railway, Crown land and parts Lot 2, D.P. 426, situated in Block XV, Arnold Survey District and Blocks III and IV, Hohonu Survey District, shown as areas I and J on S.O.
