Land Acquired for a State School in Waitomo District Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, subject to pipeline easement certificates S. 412471 and H. 258797.2, is hereby acquired for a State school and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule South Auckland Land District 3.7004 hectares, being part of the block situated in the Awakino East Survey District called Mahoenui No. 2, Section 6.
